I was born to connoisseur parents with strong Values and ethics embedded deep in our family.

Education has played an essential role in building my personality, in making me the person who I am today. I joined the C.N. Vidyavihar from 9th standard where I got the opportunity to grow and flourish.

I was elected as the President of the Students Council, and it was truly a great experience as it gave me a new challenge to discover entirely new aspects of myself which were responsibility and leadership, My  hard work was rewarded when I topped the 12th standard Gujarat state board exams, Later I did my Bachelors and Master in English Literature from St. Xavier’s College, Ahmedabad and concurrently I also pursued Master in Hindustani Classical Music from Akhil Bhartiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya.

I always took pride in participating and excelling and all extracurricular cultural activities held in my school, I participated in various national as well as international student exchange programs, where I would not just learn about different cultures of the world, but also got a chance to see the world with a different perspective, I still remember the days, when I used to pack my bag and set out for a trip to a destination unknown, make new friends and live life to the fullest.

Avid Traveller

My first international trip at the age of 18, as a folk singer with Padma Vibhushan Mrunalini Sarabhai and her dance troop was for the International Folk Festival in Egypt, This sparked the discovery traveller bug in me which lead to multiple trips abroad as a performer and as a curious traveller.

Global exposure

I have travelled through exchange student programs and as a backpacker to places like Holland, Germany, Switzerland, France, Austria, Budapest, Scotland, Norway, Denmark, Italy, Bali, Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, UK and United States exploring different cultures and various genres of music.

Gujarat university sent me to Japan for three months in an exchange student program where, I stayed and studied in Osaka at Oteman Gokuin University and explored Japanese culture along with sharing my own cultural traditions.
